Since the last Alfen firmware update, it happens in exceptional cases that the screen goes black, shows (coloured) stripes or flickers.
Is this the case?
Then we would like to ask you to reboot your charging station.
Switch off your charging station's fuse, wait a few minutes and then switch it back on.
You can also do this remotely!

Does this not solve the problem?
If so, please also check whether the charging station still responds when you present your charge card or try to start a home charging session via the app.
