If your digital meter is not installed until your charging station is already operational, there are a number of things that need to be done to ensure that the charging station continues to charge optimally.
What do you do?
- Activate the P1 port of your digital meter
Read how to do this hereWhen switching to a new energy supplier, the P1 port is also deactivated again. Remember to reactivate it (or have it reactivated) when launching the new contract.
- Plug the UTP cable (it was already provided when your charging station was installed) into the P1 port of your digital meter.
