1 Checking whether the P1 port is active
The port is active if an inverted triangle is visible on the display above the indication ‘GP’.
In this example, the port is not activated.
2 Activate the P1 port
Activation of the P1 user port is done through your power grid operator. Contact your power grid operator for this:

3 Connect UTP cable correctly in the P1 port
The P1 port is located under the yellow cover of your digital meter.
On the left is the S1 port. The cable must not be connected in this port
On the right is the P1 port.
