Why can't you reach us by phone?
At our helpdesk you can find a lot of information about your charging stations, charging cards, charging,... If you still have a question, we will be happy to help you.
Usually before we can answer your question we have to do some research on your account. Our Customer Success Team is trained to help everyone as best as possible and that is not possible if they also have to answer phones continuously. Therefore you can not reach us by phone.
