Why can't you reach us by phone?
On this support page you will find a lot of information about your charging stations, charge cards, charging,... If you still have a question, we will be happy to help you.
Usually, before answering your question we need to do some research on your account. Our Customer Success Team is trained to help everyone in the best possible way and that is not possible if they also have to answer phones. That is why you cannot reach us by phone.
Do you have a question, urgent or not? Then contact us directly via our chatbot Mobi here at the bottom right of the page or via Whatsapp. You can also send us a ticket via this contact form. We will answer a ticket within two working days, usually faster. This gives us time to look into your question thoroughly and answer it in detail. If we still need more information or if the matter is too complex, the Customer Success team will contact you by telephone.
