This functionality is available from version 1.9.0.
If your charging cable is stuck in your charging station, you can resolve this by restarting your charging station. You can do this by switching off the fuse of the charging station, waiting a moment and then switching it back on again.
You can also do this via the app. In this article, we explain how to do this.
Tap the tile for your charging station on the app's home screen.
If you own the charging station yourself (and not your employer), your charging station will not be visible in the app, but it will be visible in the MobilityPlus portal. Read here how to restart your charging station via the portal (log in first to read the article).
In the screen that opens, tap again the tile for your charging station.
Then tap Restart charging station.
Confirm in the next screen by tapping the Restart charging station button.
Your charging station will restart within a few moments.
