Error code 109 indicates that the Alfen charging station has lost connection with the RFID reader.
First of all, we ask you to restart your charging station.
Switch off your charging station's fuse, wait a few minutes and then switch it back on.

If this does not solve the problem, please create a ticket so this can be resolved.
