Error message 304 is displayed when the charging cable is connected for too long without starting a charging session.
You can resolve this yourself by restarting your Alfen charging station.
This can be done in 3 ways
- switching off the fuse of the charging station, waiting a moment, and then switching it back on.
- restarting the charging station via the app or the portal
After connecting your charging cable to your charging station, it is best to start a charging session within 2 minutes
