This error message means that a small DC leakage has been detected. This has to do with the safety of the charging system.
This is either due to the electronics of your vehicle itself or the DC detection board of your Alfen charging station needs replacement.
You can first try restarting the charging station. Switch off the charging station's fuse, wait a moment, and then switch the fuse back on.

Does the error message return immediately?
Then the problem lies with your vehicle. Contact your car dealer or an authorised technician for a check-up.
Has the error code disappeared?
Then start another charging session with your vehicle.
Do you have no other problems with charging at other charging stations and need to reset the charging station regularly at home? Then replacing the DC detection board will be the only solution.
