Error code 102 on your Alfen charging station indicates an internal error, specifically an unexpected or missing voltage at the output of the power board. This prevents charging.
In the first place, we ask you to reboot your charging station.
Switch off your charging station's fuse, wait a few minutes and then switch it back on.
