The internal residual current device (RCD) in the Alfen charging station has been activated. As a result, charging at this station is currently not possible.
Possible causes are:
- the use of a defective or damp charging cable
- malfunction of the vehicle
To resolve this issue, the RCD in the device needs to be reset.
