Error code 210 on your Alfen charging station indicates an issue with the connection between your charging station and your energy meter or energy management system. As a result, the charging station switches to a safe mode with a limited charging current of max. 6 amps.
Possible causes:
- The Modbus TCP/IP energy meter is not correctly connected.
- There is a configuration error in the energy management system.
- The connection between the charging station and the energy meter is broken or unstable.
Could you please check whether the cabling between the charging station and the Modbus TCP/IP energy meter is correctly connected and undamaged?
