1. How the Friends & Family charge card works
Thanks to your Friends & Family charge card, you can let family and friends charge their vehicle using your home charging station.
Home charging sessions using this charge card are at your own expense – your employer is not liable for this. Besides, your employer does not have access to charging sessions using this charge card.
You can apply for this Friends & Family charge card via this contact form. This charge card costs 25 € (VAT excluded) and there are no subscription fees.
The Friends & Family charge card is linked to your MobilityPlus app account.
If a reimbursement is required (e.g. for your partner’s employer), you can export these charging sessions from the app and send them to the employer. Read more
