Your employer has chosen MobilityPlus as a partner to install a charging station at your home.
To this end, a charging package has been put together with your employer. This describes exactly what is offered by your employer (type of charging station, services included, etc.), as well as the rates for any extra options or services.
To ensure seamless charging at home, MobilityPlus works with a 5-step system.
As soon as your fleet manager makes a request for your charging station in our system, you will receive an email from MobilityPlus. In it you will find all the details of your charging package. In this email we also invite you to participate in the online audit.
Online audit
The online audit consists of a series of questions about your electrical installation and the environment where you want the charging station to be installed. This allows us to make an initial assessment of whether the charging package offered by your employer is sufficient or whether there are additional options or materials we need to take into account.
Video audit
Depending on the expected delivery date of your car, we will then work with this information and you will receive an invitation for a video audit. During this video call, we go over your completed answers. We also explain the installation of your charging station in detail and take into account your specific wishes/needs. We make time for your questions and concerns.
If necessary, we schedule a home visit in order to draw up a complete and correct quotation.

Based on your situation and specific wishes, we will provide you with a personalised quote.
This clearly states which materials and services are provided by your employer (= price 0 €) as well as the cost price for any additional options/materials. You give your approval by digitally signing this document.
The installation of your charging station is scheduled 4 to 8 weeks after the approval of your offer. Depending on the delivery date of your vehicle, the installation date may be further in the future.
Charging station installation
You will receive an email from us in good time with a proposal for an installation date. As soon as you confirm this appointment, we will finalise the scheduling of your installation. In this email, we also give you some advice to take into account before and during installation.
After installation, your charging station is not yet active. This is to prevent you from charging without a subscription or reimbursements. Don't worry, we will take care of this in time in the next step.
We then also inform the inspection body. In Belgium, your charging station has to be inspected. They will contact you by phone or email to schedule an appointment.
Charging station activation
3 days before the expected delivery date of your car, your charging station will be activated. We will inform you by email as soon as this has happened.
In this email we will also give you all the information about the registration obligation in Belgium.
Charge card
Your fleet manager also fills out the desired delivery date of your charge card. We ensure that the charge card is delivered on that date either to your home or to your fleet manager. This depends on the arrangements that were made.
