Tap your charging station tile on the app home screen
If you own the charging station yourself (and not your employer), your charging station will not be visible in the app, but it will be visible in the MobilityPlus portal. Read here to find out where you can find an overview of your charging sessions in the portal (you must log in first to read the article).
In the screen that opens, tap the History tab
Here you will find all charging sessions at your home charging station, both with your public MobilityPlus charge card and with your Friends & Family charge card.
The button at the top right of the screen gives you access to the following filters:
From version 1.14 onwards, you can export the displayed charging sessions to Excel using the button at the top right of the charging sessions.
a) MobilityPlus is responsible for reimbursing your charging costs at home for your company car
When MobilityPlus reimburses your charging costs, you will find the following statuses for these charging sessions:
- Throughout the current month : Not yet reimbursed
- Around the 7th working day of the new month : In progress
MobilityPlus has calculated the expenses for your charging sessions and sent the expense invoice to your employer for payment. You will also find this document when you open the charging session using the arrow. - As soon as the payment from your employer has been processed by MobilityPlus and transferred to your private account: Paid

Only charging sessions with your public MobilityPlus charge card will be reimbursed by your employer, not charging sessions with a Friends & Family charge card. The latter always have the status Not reimbursed.
b) Your employer is responsible for the reimbursement
If MobilityPlus is not responsible for your reimbursements, these charging sessions will remain in Not Reimbursed status.
