Check in your car's app whether the (free) subscription has been activated to forward information to third parties. This subscription is often activated at the start of the lease, but is deactivated after x years.
=> Activate the (free) subscription
Once this has been done, disconnect the car in the MobilityPlus app (read more) and then reconnect it.
After a few hours, the correct mileage will appear in the MobilityPlus app, and after the next charging session, the corrected mileage will also be forwarded to your employer.
