This can have several causes:
1) Active filter(s)
Firstly, one or more filters may be active, as a result of which the charging station does not appear on the map. Read more
2) Installed but not (yet) operational
After installation of a charging station, it is not immediately operational, partly because it still has to be inspected. It can take several days / weeks before an installed charging station is operational.
3) Delayed feedback partner
The charging stations in Belgium - and by extension Europe - are not managed by 1 single company, there are almost 1000 CPO operators in Europe.
MobilityPlus has an agreement (roaming) with many of these companies. This means that you can use your MobilityPlus charging pass at the charging stations of these partners.
When new charging stations are installed by these partners, these charging stations will appear in the app as soon as we have received feedback about them. In some cases, this may take up to several weeks before this information flows through to MobilityPlus.
4) No partnership agreement
As mentioned above, MobilityPlus works closely with most CPO operators in Europe, but not all of them. New CPO operators also join on a regular basis and here we obviously do not have an immediate agreement.
Only the charging stations of our roaming partners are visible in the app.
