Active charging session
When you start a charging session with the charging pass, your active charging session may not be displayed in the app. This is the case with charging stations that do not support control by the app.

Charging history
The fact that a terminated charging session does not immediately appear in the charging history may be due to the following:

The charging station is offline
In this case, there is a temporary interruption in communication from the charging station to the management platform (CPO).
=> As soon as the station comes back online, the charging sessions are communicated to the CPO. The CPO then communicates this info to MobilityPlus and your charging session appears in your charging history. - The app has not yet received any info from the CPO operator
As described above, there is communication exchange between the charging station, the CPO and MobilityPlus. In certain cases, it may take up to several days for MobilityPlus to receive the information from the charging station's CPO.
=> As soon as MobilityPlus has received the information from the CPO, the charging session appears in your charging history.
