This feature is available from version 1.7.0, provided your employer opts for reimbursement based on actual cost.
If your employer reimburses your home charging sessions at actual cost, it’s essential to add your energy contract in the MobilityPlus app. This allows us to make a precise calculation of the actual cost of the energy you have charged at home for your company car.

Until this is done, it is impossible to reimburse you. If you only enter your contract after the effective date of the actual cost (decided by your employer), we will reimburse you retroactively.
As long as your energy contract is not added to the MobilityPlus app, an icon will appear on your charging station tile on the home screen.
Tap the tile and the following screen will appear:
Tap the message in the middle of your screen. Your station settings will open.
Tap the button Tap to add next to Energy Contract to open the module.
Click Start

Charging station in Belgium
There are thousands of energy contracts in Belgium. We begin with a few questions to narrow down the list of suppliers and contracts.
Question 1
There are residential (private) and professional energy contracts. Choose the category your contract belongs to.
You can pause the questionnaire at any time by clicking Save and complete later.
Click Save and proceed to move to the next question.
Question 2
There is a difference in grid costs for digital and analogue meters. Make your choice here
Question 3
Depending on the type of meter in your contract, you will be charged 1 or different rates depending on the time of day and/or week. Make your choice here
Question 4
There are also different tariff types. Choose the appropriate one.
Click Save and proceed to proceed.
Question 5
It’s important to know how the settlement is handled.
If you receive monthly advance invoices, the final settlement is typically done annually.
Question 6
You subscribe to the rate card (price sheet) that is valid at the time of signing, even if the contract takes effect later. To apply the correct rate for reimbursement, we need to know the publication month of this rate card.
Enter the month and year in the field and tap Confirm
Was your rate card published before 2023 ? Then click here
Question 7
Finally, enter the exact start date of your contract.
If you change contracts, this information allows us to know when to apply the new tariffs.
Select the start date and tap Confirm
Did your contract start before 2023 ? Then click here
If you change your energy contract or supplier, update this in the app as soon as possible. If you do not indicate a change in time, we will continue to reimburse you at the known rates. It is not possible to make retroactive corrections. Read here how to add a new energy contract
Click Save and proceed
Question 8
In the next screen, enter your energy supplier and the name of your contract.
Can't find your supplier and/or contract in the overview? Then click here
Click Save and proceed
You get a summary of all information entered.
To make changes, tap the arrow next to your answer.
If all information is correct, tap Finalize
Confirm the correctness of your information and agree to the terms by ticking the checkbox and tapping Confirm
Done! Your energy contract is now saved in the app!
MobilityPlus now has all the information needed to reimburse your home charging sessions at actual cost.
Charging station outside of Belgium
The following screen will open
Enter the rate you are charged per kWh by your energy supplier. Fill out the value including VAT.
Also enter the start and end date of this tariff.
Click Save and continue
You get a summary of the information entered.
To make changes, tap the arrow next to your answer.
If all information is correct, tap Finalize
Confirm the correctness of your information and agree to the terms by ticking the checkbox and tapping Confirm
Done! Your energy contract is now saved in the app!
MobilityPlus now has all the information needed to reimburse your home charging sessions at actual cost.
