Where can I find the proposed rate in my contract / rate card ?
-
Fixed
The prices shown in the app do not include VAT, keep this in mind when verifying this. Be sure to note the unit of measurement applied, €/kWh, c€/kWh or €cent/kWh (Eurocent)
Examples
-
Variable
If the indexation parameter does not match what you see in the app. Then be sure to check the fine print of your tariff card first to know exactly what wording your supplier applies.
Example
Be sure to note the unit of measurement applied in the formula in the app and on your rate card, €/kWh, c€/kWh or €cent/kWh (Eurocents)
Example
Rate card: (9.61 x 1.105 + 0.75) / 100 = 0.1136€/kWh
Proposed rate in the app: (96.1 x 0.1105 + 0.75) / 100 = 0.1136€/kWh
-
Dynamic
Be sure to note the unit of measurement applied in the formula in the app and on your rate card
Are you worried that the proposed rate in the app is not the same as the one on your rate card? Then send an email to energiecontract@mobilityplus.be with a copy of your energy contract and rate card attached.
We will investigate this and as soon as we have an answer, we will notify you and you can finalise everything in the app.
