Despite the fact that more than 6 000 existing (since 2023) and new purchasing contracts are available in the app, there is always a chance that your contract is not included. For example, if your energy supplier does not publish your contract on the energy simulators of VREG (V-Test), Brusim or CWAPE (Compacwape).
First of all, check whether the data entered effectively match what is stated on your energy contract and rate card.
Is this the case?
Then tap Save and complete later in the app, that way all your entered data will be saved
Then send an email to energiecontract@mobilityplus.be with a copy of your energy contract and rate card attached.
As soon as we have created the supplier and/or energy contract, we will notify you and you can finalise everything in the app.
