Normally, your MobilityPlus charge card is visible on the app home screen:
If your MobilityPlus charge card is not visible here, you are not going to be able to use the app to start charging sessions.
Close the app and open it again.
Is the charge card still not displayed? Please contact our Support centre so we can resolve this.
