Situation
For charging your company car, your home has been equipped by your employer with a MobilityPlus charging station. The home charging sessions for your company car are reimbursed by your employer.
Your partner also has an electric company car and wishes to use your employer's charging station as well. This is to avoid having to install a second charging station at your home. The goal is for these charging sessions to also be reimbursed by your partner's employer.
1) You and your partner work for the same company (customer of MobilityPlus)
Your partner uses the public MobilityPlus charge card to charge at the charging station at your home. Consumption will be reported separately for each of you and you will receive the reimbursement for your own charging sessions.
2) You and your partner work for different companies, both customers of MobilityPlus
If your employer is willing to share the charging station with another employer, we can arrange for your partner to charge their vehicle using their public MobilityPlus charge card at the charging station at your home. Your partner's employer does not need to take any action. Consumption will be reported separately for each of you and you will receive the reimbursement for your own charging sessions.
=> First check with your employer to see if they agree to share the charging station with your partner
3) Your partner's employer is not a customer of MobilityPlus
In that case, it is possible to make your home charging station public.
Since your employer owns your home charging station, they must agree to this.
