An interruption to a charging session can have several causes.
During charging, your vehicle, the charging cable, and the charging station work together. The available electrical power and how it is distributed across the charging points (load balancing) can also affect the charging session.
The fact that your vehicle charges elsewhere or that the charging point is online provides us with useful information, but it does not yet explain why charging is interrupted at a specific charging point. To investigate the cause in a targeted manner, we review the data from the charging session in question. If necessary, we compare the technical data of the charging point with that of your vehicle, in consultation with the manufacturer.
