When requesting your charging station, your fleet manager/HR will enter the preferred installation date in our system.
This date determines the various steps in the audit process leading up to the installation of the charging station.
MobilityPlus currently maintains a lead time of 4 to 8 weeks following approval of the quote for the installation of your home charging station, taking into account the preferred installation date specified by your fleet manager.
Our planning department will contact you by e-mail with a proposal for installation.
Your fleet manager will also fill out the preferred delivery date of your charge card. We will ensure that you (or your fleet manager) receive a MobilityPlus charge card on that date, enabling you to charge in public and/or at work.
