Situation: MobilityPlus installed a charging station at your home through your previous employer, and upon your departure, you take ownership of the charging station.
To continue enjoying the services and support from MobilityPlus, we are pleased to offer you our solutions.
1. CPO Management
Thanks to the CPO management service, the following remain possible:
- Access control (which charge cards are allowed or not to charge)
- Billing of your charging costs to your company (if applicable)
- Charging rate management (when your charging station is set to public)
- Payout of the income from public charging sessions at your charging station
You have the choice between 2 types of subscriptions:
a) CPO Private (€0/month, one-time €81,82 excl. VAT)
The ideal solution when the charging station will only be used by you and no billing for charging costs is needed. Access control prevents other charge cards from starting a charging session.
This CPO service has no monthly fee. We only charge a one-time administrative fee of €81,82 (excl. VAT) to correctly transfer everything to your name/company.
b) CPO Professional (€5/month excl. VAT, one-time €81,82 excl. VAT)
This subscription allows you to:
- Monthly reconcile your professional charging costs to your company and/or
- Make your charging station publicly accessible and consequently:
- Set your own charging rates in the MobilityPlus portal
- Allow third parties to charge with their own charge card

This CPO service involves a monthly subscription of €5 (excl. VAT) and a one-time administrative fee of €81,82 (excl. VAT) to correctly transfer everything to your name/company.
2. On-site technical support
If you experience problems with your home charging station, you can first rely on our Support team to assist you online.
When an intervention is necessary, you have the choice between 3 options:
The On-Demand and On-Demand Priority options have no monthly costs. You can indicate that you always want to enjoy On-Demand Priority or decide at the time an intervention needs to be scheduled which support you prefer. The rates quoted are exclusive of VAT
For full peace of mind, you can also opt for an All-in Care maintenance contract (€10/month excl. VAT).
3. Free public charge card
When MobilityPlus continues the management and support of your charging station, you will receive a new charge card from us, so you can immediately charge worry-free on the road (public) and at your own charging station. Your access to the MobilityPlus app remains active.
The charge card is free and without monthly fee.

Are you or will you become self-employed?
Then provide us with your company details (name, VAT number, address, bank account number, phone number, general email, billing email, VAT liable (yes/no)) in the same ticket. Also let us know which email address we can use to activate your account for the app and portal, please.
What if you decide not to remain a customer of MobilityPlus?
Charging station
- The charging station will be set to Plug & charge. You can still charge by plugging the cable into the car. No charge card is needed to start/stop charging and the consumption is at your own expense.
- It is not possible to generate income by allowing third parties to charge
- MobilityPlus no longer provides services (no telephone helpdesk, no technical support (by phone or on-site), no reporting)
- You no longer have access to the app and consequently no way to request data from home charging sessions to declare charging costs.
We will provide you with a document containing all the information to access the charging station. With this information, you also have everything needed to have the charging station managed by another CPO.
Charge card
The charge card provided through your employer will be blocked and your app account will be deactivated.
If desired, you can order a new public charge card (free, without monthly subscription) to charge publicly on the European network of MobilityPlus.
