If a charging station is not visible in the app, it is best to assume that it will not be possible.
In case the charging station is managed by MobilityPlus or one of our partners it might work, but this is not a certainty. The contact details of the operator are always listed on the charging station.
We advise against charging your car at a charging station that is not visible in the app because:

you do not know at what rates you will charge (starting price, price/kW, price/hour)

it is not certain that the charging station is operational
- it is not certain that you can activate the charging station with your charging pass
