When your fleet manager has submitted a request for your home charging station in our portal, you will receive an email inviting you to complete an online audit. Attached to that email, you will find the charging package your employer has put together for you.
Through a series of targeted questions, we get a clear picture of your electrical installation and can assess whether the proposed charging package is sufficient or if additional options are needed.
Your online audit becomes available in the MobilityPlus app only after you receive the email, also from that moment you will be able to log in to the app. More info
On the app’s home screen, you will see the following message regarding your online audit:
Tap Start at the top of the screen.
In the screen that opens, we provide some practical tips. If the language is not set correctly, you can adjust it at the top right of the screen.
Then tap Start Audit to begin the audit.
By tapping Continue to the app, you can pause the audit at any time and resume it later. The message at the top of the home screen will then look like this:
The purpose of this audit is to find out whether you already have a charging station at home. You will be asked questions about your home, your connection and your electrical installation. You will also be asked to upload a few photos.
If you are unsure about a question, answer to the best of your ability. After this online audit, there will be a video audit during which your answers will be reviewed and time will be made for your questions and any concerns.
