As a private customer or company, you can cancel your MSP (charge card) or CPO contract (charging station management) by filling out this contact form.
MSP contract (charge card)
After processing your ticket, the termination of the public charging service will take place within 3 working days.
In certain cases, it may take several months for MobilityPlus to receive all the information from the CPO managers about your public charging sessions. It is therefore possible that you will receive invoices for past public charging sessions several months after terminating your MSP contract.
The notice period is 1 month.
CPO contract (charging station management)
After processing your ticket, the termination of the management of your charging station will take place within 10 working days.
You will receive a document from us with all the necessary information to gain access to your charging station yourself or to arrange the transfer of the CPO management to another party.
If there have been public charging sessions at your charging station, you will naturally receive a purchase order with the corresponding PO number and the amount to be invoiced on the next quarterly invoice(s). This way, you can prepare the invoice for this and MobilityPlus can reimburse you for this amount.
