The final price of a charging session at a MobilityPlus public charging station depends on the means of payment used.
There are 3 scenarios:
1. MobilityPlus charge card
When paying with a MobilityPlus charging card, we always apply the pricing set on the platform (+ VAT), in accordance with our no-uplift policy as an MSP.
In practice, this means that charging using a MobilityPlus charging card will always result in cheaper rates than those displayed. In the MobilityPlus app, you can see the actual rates that will be charged.
2. A charge card from another MSP (Mobility Service Provider)
When using a charging card from another MSP, the end user pays the displayed rates + the eventual MSP-uplift of this third party.
3. Conventional means of payment (debit card, credit card, online payment method)
The end user pays the rates as shown on the display.
