At MobilityPlus, we facilitate the use of classic payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact,...) through a payment console with an integrated payment terminal.
Starting a charging session
Remember the number of the charging point and go to the payment console at the charging area
Tap the Start charging button
Select the charging point from the list
Next, the charging rates will be displayed which you confirm
Hold your bank card against the reader
Enter your PIN code and tap Enter
Your payment method will be checked and, if approved, a provisional amount of €100 will be reserved.
The charging session starts as soon as the charging cable is connected to your vehicle and the charging point
Stopping a charging session
To end the charging session, unlock your car and remove the charging cable or go back to the payment console and tap Stop charging
Present your bank card again and select the charging point where your charging session is active
You will receive a confirmation that the charging session has stopped and that the charging cable can be removed
Payment receipt
If you would like a payment receipt, tap Get Receipt
Present your bank card again so the system knows exactly which charging session it was and scan the QR code to download the payment receipt.
You can download the payment receipt in .pdf format via your smartphone. See attachment
