Would you like to have your invoices paid automatically via direct debit? That is possible with MobilityPlus
Direct debit at MobilityPlus currently works according to an all-or-nothing principle:
- All invoices are automatically collected as soon as they are available
- It is currently not possible to pay only certain invoices via direct debit
In practice this means:
- Do you only have costs for, for example, a subscription for a charge card and charging sessions?
=> Then direct debit is often a convenient solution - Do you also have larger invoices (such as installations or hardware at your site)?
=> Then these amounts are also automatically collected, which is not always desirable
Who is direct debit suitable for?
Direct debit is especially interesting for:
- Private customers
- Small businesses
- Customers with mainly recurring, limited costs (such as subscription and charging sessions)
For larger organizations with diverse invoices (for example subscriptions but also large investments) it is often less suitable.
How do you request direct debit?
Direct debit is not activated automatically. You can easily request this yourself:
- Contact our support team via this contact form
- As soon as your ticket is processed, you will receive an email with the link to our payment platform (Mollie) and an activation code
- You add your payment method (credit card, Bancontact, ...)
- From then on, your invoices will be collected automatically
