From January 1, 2026, Belgium will switch completely to electronic invoicing between VAT-registered companies. This means that from now on, you will only receive our invoices and consolidated expense reports via the Peppol network, and that we will only be able to process invoices from you if they are submitted via Peppol.
👉 Important: your organization must also be connected to Peppol. Your Peppol ID is usually linked to your Belgian VAT or company number. If your organisation is connected to Peppol using another identification number or an additional identifier, please inform us through this contact form.
Has your organisation already migrated to the new MobilityPlus portal? If so, you can always download your invoices in PDF format there. Read more
You will continue to receive the detailed reports by email in 2026 — these are not invoices and are therefore not subject to the new legislation. Our purchase orders for public charging sessions on your infrastructure will continue to be sent by email.
For public charging sessions in France, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, we invoice using our local VAT numbers. From 1 January 2026, these invoices will be sent exclusively via Peppol.
Do you invoice MobilityPlus?
From 01/01/2026 onwards, we expect invoices for your revenues from public charging sessions on your charging infrastructure to be submitted exclusively via Peppol. Please use our Peppol endpoint, identified by our company number and/or VAT number.
To ensure smooth and accurate processing, we kindly ask you to pay close attention to:
correctly mentioning our PO number (if applicable);
providing a clear and accurate description;
stating the correct amount and including all mandatory invoicing details.
⚠️ In line with legal requirements, invoices that are not submitted via Peppol or are incomplete will not be processed.
