One of the aspects the AFIR legislation addresses is price transparency. From now on, the charging station must display consumer prices such as price/kWh, starting price and price/hour. The prices displayed are the rates actually charged to the end user when a classic means of payment is used to pay for the charging session.

Do you use a charge card? Before starting your charging session, check the charge rates in the app or on the website of your charge card provider (MSP). In certain cases, roaming costs may still be charged. The charging station operator (CPO) cannot possibly be aware of this.
