When you receive a negative inspection report, it can be due to 2 reasons:
1. Issues around the installation of the charging station
If the negative inspection is due to the installation of the charging station itself, we will get this resolved as soon as possible. We will then contact the inspection body to request a new visit. This re-inspection is paid for by MobilityPlus.
2. Issues around your home's electrical setup
In this case, you are responsible for making any required modifications. Once these modifications have been made, you should schedule an appointment for a re-inspection. You will have to pay for this yourself.
