First of all, check whether this charging station accepts MobilityPlus charging cards. All charging stations visible in the MobilityPlus app accept your MobilityPlus charging card.

Is the charging station not listed?
Then it is perfectly normal that your charging card will not work. MobilityPlus has a very extensive charging network thanks to roaming partners, but it does not have 100% coverage.
Solutions:
- Navigate to the nearest charging station to charge there, or
- Use your debit or credit card to charge, every new public charging station in Europe must support this since the introduction of the AFIR legislation.

Is the charging station listed and have you used your charging card recently?
Then the problem may lie with the charging station.
Solution: Contact the charging station operator. These details are always listed on public charging stations.

Is the charging station listed and have you experienced problems with your charging card before?
Then there may well be something wrong with your charging card. Contact MobilityPlus via this form or chat with Mobi at the bottom right of the support page.
Solutions:
- Start the charging session via the app, then you won't need your charging card for the time being, or
- Use your debit or credit card to charge, every new public charging station in Europe must support this since the introduction of the AFIR legislation.
