If the message ‘Waiting for power’ appears on your charging station's screen, your car is not being charged.
This may be due to the settings of the active load balancing module of your charging station which means there is currently not sufficient available power left for the car to charge.
Solution
- Turn off a number of large consumers in your home to free up power for the charging station. E.g. Cooktop, oven, kettle, electric heating, air conditioning, sauna, jacuzzi, microwave,... or
- Charge your car at a different time, or
- Adjust the maximum peak for your charging station to make extra power available. Read more here
Please note that increasing the maximum peak consumption will affect the capacity rate.
