1 Introduction
Via the MobilityPlus platform, you get real-time insight into your charging station, charging sessions and your consumption.
When your charging station is installed, we create your account in our platform. You will receive an email to set your password. You can then log in to the platform via your web browser.
2 Logging into the platform
Go to https://my.mobilityplus.be via a web browser and login.
3 Start screen
After you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to the start screen. On the start screen, you can navigate between two sections in the left-hand column:
- Charging points: Here you will find information about your charging point (jump to point 4)
- Mobility: not applicable
4 Charging points
In the tab 'Charging Points' you can find all information about your charging point and the charging sessions. You can view all the details and manage your charging point in the navigation bar on the left.
4.1 Status
Your charging point appears in 'Your charging network'.
Below the map, the active sessions are displayed, along with any error messages.
The Sessions tab shows the active session (if currently recharging)
The Problems tab shows whether there is currently a problem with your charging station
4.2 Locations
Clicking on the location of your charging station on this page opens the following screen.
Status tab
The screen opens on the Status tab. Here you can view active sessions as well as information on your charging point. Should there be any problems with your charging stations, you will also be displayed here
(1) Click on the ACE number to go to the control panel for this charging station (see section 4.3 - Charging point control panel).
(2) From here, you can terminate an active session (green icon), initiate a charging session (blue icon) or reserve a charge point (orange icon).
You can also hover over each icon for more information
Sessions tab
Here, you will find all charging sessions. Use the filter on the right to view a specific time period. You can then export this information to an Excel or CSV file.
4.3 Charging point control panel
Clicking on the ACE number of any charging station on any screen will take you to the control panel for your charging point.
Operation tab
You will only use this screen specifically at MobilityPlus' request or in the event of a charging cable getting stuck in your charging station.
(1) Out of use: This puts the device out of service – You should never do this yourself, but always inform us about it with an explanation of the situation.
(2) Hard reset: Performs a hard reset, for example when the charging cable is stuck in the charging station
(3) Soft reset: Performs a soft reset. Do not use this feature
Issues tab
Here you will get an overview of any issues which may have occurred with this charging station
(1) Communication lost
With the ‘Lost communication’ issue, there is no longer communication with the software platform, despite charging still being possible in most cases. The information will be sent back to the software platform when communication is restored.
Should this problem persist over several days, please submit a query so it can be resolved.
(2) In the event of a hardware problem, the specific fault will be displayed on the charging station screen, along with an error code.
In this instance, the first thing you can try is turning the charging point off and on again to see if this fixes the problem. If this does not solve the issue, please submit a query so this can be resolved.
Example of an error message on the charging station display
See section 5 - Appendix for an overview of possible error codes
4.4 Activity
Consumption from charging sessions on your home charging station can be viewed via Charge points > Activity.
On the far right of the screen, you can filter by time period (e.g. 1 month).
You can export the information from this screen to an Excel or CSV file by clicking Export.
4.5 Reports
A number of handy dashboards give you a graphical overview of your station; create and export your own reports.
