1. Sign in to the Support Centre
Go to www.mobilityplus.be
Click on Support Centrum at the top of the page
On the page that then opens, click Sign in.
In the next screen, log in with your Microsoft account.
If you would experience problems signing in, click on Forgot password?, enter your professional email address and follow the instructions.
2. Your tickets
To get an overview of your tickets, click on your name at the top of the page and then on Requests.
The screen that then opens will give you an overview of all your tickets with their status.
(1) Under the My requests tab you will find all the tickets you've sent us via the form on the support page. E-mails sent to the support mailbox will also be listed here.
For a smooth and correct processing of all your requests, we ask you to always work via the form on the support page.
(2) In case your employees send an email to the support mailbox with you in copy, you will find the tickets created in the tab Requests I'm CC'd on.
Please encourage your employees to work through a form on the support page.
(3) You can use the search function to find certain tickets more quickly.
(4) This filter allows you to display only tickets with a certain status:
- Open : still to be processed
- Awaiting your reply : we expect additional feedback from you
- Solved : ticket solved and closed
The subject of the ticket is clickable and gives you more details.
By clicking on the subject of tickets with the status 'Awaiting your reply', you can respond directly from here. There is no need to fill out a new form, for example.
3. Articles destined for Fleet, HR and/or Facility
In the Support Centre, you will find articles specifically for you under the Fleet/HR/Facility button.
The articles under this section are exclusive to you and most of them are only visible if you are signed in. See point 1.
When you consult a manual in the Support Centre, you can mark it to follow. You do this by clicking Follow to the right of the title.
By following an article, you will automatically receive an email when new articles are added within this section.
When you click on your name at the top of the support page and then on Activities,
the Following tab will show you an overview of all the articles you are following:
Clicking on the title of the article opens the document.
This allows you to compile your own list of your favourite articles, so to speak.
